Gas Fireplace Service Pricing

Minimum Service Fee $175

The minimum service fee of $175 includes

fuel expenses
drive-time
all of the time needed for diagnostics
as well as the first 15 minutes of repair time

Some appliances will only require standard tune-up procedures to return to normal operation. In these instances you will only be charged the minimum $175. Homes with multiple fireplaces, or multi-sided fireplaces will have additional charges. See hourly rates.

If a return visit is required due to non-stock items, there will NOT be another $175 fee.

Hourly Rate $100

Minimum Service Fee $175

Labor after the first 15 minutes is $100 per hour.
Time is billed in quarter-hour increments ($25 per 15 minutes)
Average repair time: 30-60 minutes beyond diagnosis
Multi-sided (see-thru, corner, bay) fireplaces will require additional time and should expect additional charges ($25-50 or 15-30 minutes per additional side)
Extended service areas: $25-$50 charge for extended drive time and fuel expenses

Off-Season Tune-Up $150

Did you know?...

All fireplace manufacturers recommend that you have an annual check-up on your fireplace, just like you would with your furnace and air conditioning systems.

If you schedule for annual maintenance during our off-season (May-August) we will take $25 off the $175 minimum service fee. We offer this discount as an incentive to our clients to get on the schedule early. This is done in effort to help minimize the wait-times during the winter months.

Off Season rates begin May 1st and run until August 31st. Any calls received after August 31st will not receive the discounted rate.

Seasonal rates DO NOT apply to appliances experiencing operational issues. This is for annual preventative maintenance only.

Off-Season Tune-Up $150

We DO NOT service or install any "Match-Lit" type of fireplace system unless a safety-pilot control will be installed at the time of service.
We DO NOT offer chimney cleaning/sweeping services or brick and masonry repair. Sorry for any inconvenience.
All payments are due on the date of service. Special payment terms may be available, but may be subject to an additional charge.
Special order parts MUST be paid prior to being ordered and may also include shipping & handling charges.
